In the beginning, we will do breathing work.

We will take the breath by mouth and give it by mouth

We will continue this breath in an uninterrupted cycle, with a rhythmic flow, not very fast, very slow, take a breath about every 2–3 seconds

Let the abdomen swell while breathing and lower when breathing (Try to maintain this breathing rhythm as much as possible until the music runs out, but don't force yourself, if your breathing returns to normal naturally after a while, do not distract yourself and try to correct it again, just let it flow)
